The therapists at Fifth Ave Massage are all qualified and willing to work with insurance clients. Primarily, we are able to work with Worker’s Compensation and Personal Injury Protection. Whether you have been injured on the job, or in an auto accident, massage therapy can be hugely beneficial in your recovery process. 

There are specific requirements for insurance cases and we will need to discuss your individual situation with you. A prescription from a doctor (for auto), preauthorization for massages (for workers comp) are required. 

Although massage therapists have come a long way in being recognized for our therapeutic value, personal insurance companies in the state of Montana still rarely recognize/authorize our work. If you’re hoping to get massage therapy covered under your personal health insurance, we can work with you to see if it is possible.

We will always do our best to get your appointments 100% covered. In the circumstance that the bills are rejected for any reason from the insurance company/attorney you will be responsible for paying any unpaid portion of the bill.
